Real tickle torture

Does anyone have any stories of true tickle torture? I know sororities have used tickling for initiations and punishment. I have also heard of it being used to harass female soldiers in the military, and that some reporters were tickled in the Middle East but can not get any hard facts. Please share anything you have heard, even if you do not have all the facts or proof. WE ALL KNOW IT HAPPENS!
